Terms and Conditions

Terms governing the provision of home appliance repair, contracting, scheduling, and warranty policies.

Last updated: September 16, 2026. These terms govern the use of advertisement0.com and service requests submitted through WhatsApp.

1. Platform nature

The site is a coordination and referral platform helping customers reach a suitable provider. Listing a service does not mean the platform performs it or that every area or appointment is always available.

2. Request and coordination

Requests are received through WhatsApp only, 24 hours a day. The customer shares the request and location, after which specialization and availability are checked and the request is coordinated with a provider. Visits may be available until midnight depending on area and availability.

3. Price and inspection fee

An inspection or visit fee of an inspection fee may apply and will be disclosed before the visit when applicable. Repair, part replacement or other work starts only after the customer accepts the scope and price confirmed by the provider.

4. Invoice and warranty

The provider performing the service confirms the final price and issues the invoice and warranty document. The stated maintenance warranty is three months for maintenance work only, subject to the warranty document issued by the provider or center.

5. Spare parts

Genuine parts are provided when available. The customer should confirm the type, source and cost with the provider before installation. A part may be sourced externally when it is unavailable locally after informing the customer.

6. Payment and taxes

Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer as agreed with the provider. The provider is responsible for the service invoice and applicable tax treatment; the platform does not issue the service invoice.

7. Declining or changing a request

The customer may decline repair or other work before it starts after receiving the cost. Appointment changes or cancellations should be sent through WhatsApp as early as possible.

8. Provider responsibility

The provider is responsible for explaining the scope, appointment, price and warranty and for performing the agreed work. Claims about performance, invoices or warranties should be addressed to the provider, while the platform may follow up within its role.

9. Law and updates

These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable in Saudi Arabia and may be updated when services or requirements change.
